A Mother’s Poem written by Helen Millman, is an inspirational children’s book about motherhood, family, and love. Millman notes that this story is “…an expression of unconditional love and gratitude,” and this becomes obvious when you read her book. Not only do the illustrations, done by Chad Perry, depict a beautiful family, but the story also tells about this beautiful family while reminding us of the lessons we can learn from children if we only stop to listen. Families should read this book and take a moment to remember the importance of love, making memories, and learning from one another.
